Reheating Instructions

Family Style Health Conscious Meals:

In the oven: 

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-Place package as received (in the covered foil pan), onto the middle rack of the oven.

-Bake for 25-30 minutes covered depending on your oven and temperature preference

-Uncover the dish, plate and enjoy!

***IMPORTANT*** Remove any condiment containers before heating

In the Microwave:

-Place desired proportion onto a microwave safe dish. 

-Reheat in microwave for 2:00-3:00 minutes depending on temperature preference.

-Let your meal rest for a few minutes and dig in!

ChefATX SINGLE SERVING Meals:

In the Microwave:

-Place desired container into the microwave.

-Reheat in microwave for 2:00-3:00 minutes depending on temperature preference.

-Let your meal rest for a few moments and dig in!

-Place desired proportion onto a microwave safe dish. 

-Reheat in microwave for 2:00-4:00 minutes depending on temperature preference.

-Let your meal rest for a few minutes and dig in!

-Bake for 10-15 minutes covered depending on your oven and temperature preference

-Uncover the dish, plate and enjoy!

ChefATX Side Proteins:

In the oven: 

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-Place pan with sliced chicken, salmon or beef as received (in the covered foil pan), onto the middle rack of the oven.  

-Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until everything is hot throughout.  

-Enjoy with a ChefDELIVERED salad or pair with your favorite side dishes!
